Striving to Become a True "Partner" that Assists My Clients with Excellence in HR Strategies and Total Rewards Consulting

For the last 20 years, I've been working in the field of Human Resources for predominantly large, global organizations. During my time in HR, I've specialized in total rewards by starting as an analyst and eventually moving on to become a Manager, Director, VP of Human Resources, and Head of Total Rewards. Most recently, I served as the Global Head of Human Resources for one of the largest technology start-ups in the Mid-Atlantic region with a valuation of close to $1BB and $100MM in revenues.

Throughout my career in Human Resources, I've overseen teams responsible for HR Operations, HR Information Systems, HR Analytics, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partnering. During my time as the Head of Human Resources, I created and implemented a highly successful STEM campus recruiting strategy while helping the start-up grow tech talent by 45% year over year with some of the best and brightest developers, engineers, and salespeople in the start-up market.

As a consultant, I believe it's important to truly understand your clients' needs on multiple levels. Having the ability to understand organizational dynamics while also understanding the business aspects of running a company creates a powerful partner and consultant who aligns quickly with your company's interests.
